They not only offer guidance and e-learning, they have a member area and many ways for you to become an IT professional in whichever IT career your choose.
Depending on your employer, the cost of your education may be paid for or reimbursed. For example, if you are working with a government contractor and they give you a promotion, chances are your IT certifications and education will be paid for, meaning no expense to you. The only gap that needs to be filled in IT is qualified applicants with a proper IT education.
